Watch Elle King join Dierks Bentley with ‘Jackson’ at Grand Ole Opry for her official Opry debut. This took place at the October 4th Opry show, which makes one more dream come true of playing the Opry.

Elle and Dierks have had a relationship of artistry unmatched over the last year or two. Elle is also featured on Bentley’s most recent album ‘Black‘. The song Elle joins Dierks on is ‘Different For Girls‘, which is an ode to girls being emotionally different in different situations.

Insight of ‘Jackson’

‘Jackson’ is a classic Johnny Cash and June Carter song that these two nail. Also, what better place for this song to be done at the Grand Ole Opry. It was originally written in 1963 by Billy Edd Wheeler and Jerry Leiber and first recorded by Wheeler. Also, being recorded by both¬†Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazlewood¬†along with Cash and June in 1967.
