Charles Kelley recently released his new solo album “The Driver.” Kelley, who is a part of Lady Antebellum’s trio, is testing the waters with a breakout album.

The title song of this song has featuring artists such as Dierks Bentley and Eric Pasley. It holds many metaphors, but most prevalent is the emphasis on real drivers such as truckers, to touring artist, to Sunday drivers. All while pushing a metaphor of life being this drive they are singing. With a chorus with lyrics such as:

Oh, easy come easy go, yeah we rock then we roll out of town
But for now while the moment is here,¬†Shine a light drink a beer, let’s get loud
All the drivers and dreamers, believers and singers
Oh won’t you sing with me now
