Brett Eldredge gave us a glimpse of his other musical tastes with his live performance of “Come Rain or Come Shine.” This tune was not only recorded by Sinatra in the 60’s, but by a very long list of legends. It was first published for St. Louis Woman in 1946 and Ray Charles was among the first recordings of it.

If anybody thought Brett isn’t a class act musician, this would be the video to prove that. With his overall love for music, it is clear he doesn’t have to stick with Country until worlds end, like most Country Artist will do. Check out the Frank Sinatra recording below with lyrics underneath.

Lyrics:

I’m gonna love you like nobody’s loved you
Come rain or come shine
High as a mountain and deep as a river
Come rain or come shine

[Bridge:]
I guess when you met me, it was just one of those things
But don’t you ever bet me, ’cause I’m gonna be true if you let me

You’re gonna love me like nobody’s loved me
Come rain or come shine
We’ll be happy together, unhappy together
Now won’t that be just fine?

The days may be cloudy or sunny
We’re in or we’re out of the money
But I’m with you always
I’m with you rain or shine

[instrumental]

Days may be cloudy or sunny
We’re in or we’re out of the money
I’m with you, baby
I’m with you rain or shine
